Large platter W/end grain cutting board

 Peter Walen will once again step behind the mustard monster and perform his magic, showing us how he makes a large platter and then inserts a small, round, end grain cutting board in the center.

Even if you don’t turn large platters (16-20 inches) there is a lot information that can be used is other smaller projects.
